Hillsdale Demolition & Contracting, LLC was founded in 2014 by Lakkia Davis-Hynes. Hynes developed a passion for the construction industry at an early age following in the footsteps of her grandfather, John. Her entrepreneurial spirit was cultivated through her parents who raised Lakkia to be independent and forward thinking. With the support of family and friends, Hillsdale Demolition opened for business in December 2014.
Our company specializes in residential and commercial demolition services in the St. Louis, MO area; We have the equipment and experience needed to demolish structures safely, clear vegetation, and haul away debris. Since inception, our team has worked diligently to be a force in the industry by creating a signature standard of service; such standards have afforded the company a Grade A rating with The Better Business Bureau. Hillsdale Demolition is also MBE, DBE, and WBE certified with Class 1 & 2 certifications.
