Project Manager: responsible for preparing estimates, managing the job site from beginning to end, monitoring progress/budget along the way. Project Management including (but not limited to): Subcontract administration, project scheduling, and budget management; Prepare the bid before submitting.\

Foreman: Provides on-site supervision needed to clarify plans, drawings and discrepancies; coordinate interfacing of various trades; provide quality standards and reject improper installation; and alert project manager to potential problems.

Operators: Perform demolition of job sites, Operate machinery

Truck Drivers: Operate work trucks, load & unload materials

Laborers: Clean up job sites, Control traffic, Assist heavy machinery operators, clean tools and debris
